CloudDaycareManager was born from a simple but powerful idea: childcare centers deserve great
software without the great big price tag. After seeing countless daycares and preschools struggle with either expensive management systems or time-consuming manual processes,
our founders set out to create a better way.

Our Story

Our team includes veteran daycare owners, early childhood educators, and software experts. We know the challenges center owners and directors face – from balancing budgets to complying with regulations – because we’ve been in your shoes. We asked ourselves, “What if we could take the hassle out of enrollment, attendance, billing, and parent communication, and do it in a way that any center can afford?”
In 2024, we teamed up with Host Merchant Services (HMS) to turn that idea into reality. HMS is a trusted payment processing company known for fair rates and stellar service to small businesses. By partnering with HMS, we realized we could offer our software platform for free and sustain it through payment processing (a cost centers already have). This partnership is at the heart of CloudDaycareManager’s unique model – it lets us focus on building the best product, while HMS ensures payments flow smoothly and cheaply. In essence, we innovated not just in technology, but in how it’s paid for. This is innovation with your needs in mind.
